A high strength, precision made replacement for the stock camshaft inner bearings that were prone to failure on 1999-2006 big twin oem engines. Recommended when installing cams, these high performance camshaft inner needle bearings for 1999-2006 big twin engines and S&S early style T-Series engines replace oem p/n 9198.
