Assembly Bolts: the hardware that holds a multi-piece wheel together
On a multi-piece or beadlock wheel, the barrel, center and face are not welded - they are clamped together with a ring of small fasteners torqued in sequence. Those assembly bolts are what carry that clamping load and keep the sections sealed and true. On a beadlock, the same idea holds the outer ring against the tire bead so it cannot spin off the rim under low pressure. Get the size, length and grade right and torque them evenly, and the wheel stays sealed. Get them wrong and you chase leaks or ruin threads.
What we stock
This category runs 25 products across 3 brands - our own threepiece.us hardware (17 of the sampled items), plus Method Wheels and Raceline. Prices currently run from $4 to $79, which is the live range for what is in stock now rather than a fixed quote. At the affordable end sit individual bolt/nut pieces like the M7x32 24k bolt/nut and the finished M7x32 Neochrome bolt/nut and M8x32 Neochrome bolt/nut. At the top end are beadlock parts like the Raceline Grade 8 beadlock bolt kit and Method forged beadlock rings in machined or gloss black finish.
How to choose
Start with thread size. We split the range into M6, M7 and M8 so you can match the hardware your wheel was built with. Match the length too - a bolt that is too long bottoms out before it clamps, one too short strips before it seats. From there the trade-off is single pieces versus complete kits: individual bolt/nut sets like the Neochrome and 24k pieces let you replace a stripped or lost fastener and refresh the cosmetic look, while a full kit like the Raceline gives you a matched count plus spares in one go. If you are rebuilding a beadlock, buy the ring and the bolts together so the count and thread line up.
What else you need with it
Assembly bolts live in the wider Wheel Accessories section alongside Center Caps to finish the face. When you move to mounting the wheel on the car, you will need clamping hardware from Lug Nuts or Lug Bolts, and if you are correcting offset or bolt pattern, look at Wheel Spacers and Wheel Adapters. For a ready-to-bolt setup, the Mounted Packages take the guesswork out.
Fitment and ordering
None of these listings carry vehicle fitment data - assembly bolts are matched to your wheel's hardware, not your make and model - so confirm the thread and length against your existing bolts before you order. If you are unsure, call our fitment line at 813-535-5801. Every order ships with free shipping, and Affirm and Katapult financing is available at checkout.
