Program name: ThreePiece.US Order & Support Texts, operated by threepieceus, LLC ("ThreePiece.US").

Program description: By providing your mobile number to ThreePiece.US and opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and customer-care text messages from ThreePiece.US, including order recaps, secure checkout links, cart reminders, and two-way replies to inquiries you initiate by calling or texting our business line at 813-535-5801.

How you opt in: You can opt in two ways. (1) On our Contact page, enter your mobile number and tick the box "Yes, text me". The box is never ticked for you, and you do not need it to contact us or to buy. (2) On a call you place to 813-535-5801, our agent asks: "Is it okay if we text you at this number about your quote, cart and order? Texts come from ThreePiece.US, how often depends on your order, reply HELP for help, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime." We only text callers who say yes. If you text us first, we only reply about your message. Our first text to you names ThreePiece.US and tells you how to get help or stop.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
