Due to the vast number of SKUs on our website and various factors (vehicle trim, age, brake upgrades, etc.), fitment is not guaranteed, even if the fitment search indicates compatibility.
Please note that most of our wheels are custom-made or made-to-order, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. To ensure correct fitment, test fit the wheels before mounting tires or driving on them if you purchased a tire package. Check for adequate suspension, brake, and body clearance; turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock left and right, and rotate the wheel slowly. If the wheel interferes with any vehicle component, contact us immediately and refrain from using the wheels.
ABOUT CUSTOM DRILLED WHEELS:
Occasionally, to fulfill an order faster, or offer a PCD(Bolt Pattern) that a manufacturer does not offer, we will custom drill a wheel to suit your vehicle. In addition to being a retailer of wheels, we are a true manufacturer of forged wheels with a full in house machine shop. Many manufacturers offer their wheels in 5x100, and 5x114.3 only. In order to fit these wheels on your 5x105,108,112, etc... car, you can either run an adapter - which will oftentimes make your wheels protrude past the fender, or have the wheels custom drilled to suit your vehicle. Unfortunately due to technical limitations, it is not possible to list every wheel that is a custom drill on our website. The custom drilling process involves us making a minor adjustment to the bolt pattern on our CNC Mills. We use the latest CNC machining technology on the highest quality machines available, and have developed custom tooling to minimize contact with the wheel. This adjustment inward or outward will leave a machined finish in the lug pocket, and can cause minor chips/scratches around the lug pocket area. While we make every effort to make this process as perfect as possible, these are limitations of the way CNC machining occurs. If you receive your wheels, and are dissatisfied with the custom drill process please inform a team member using our contact us form ASAP so that we may review the custom drill and confirm it is up to our exacting standards. Please note, returns or exchanges due to you "not liking" the custom drill will not be accepted.
DEPOSITS
Due to the price and manufacturing time of our products, we may choose to offer a deposit option to customers to split the payments on their products. A deposit is a binding contract to purchase a product. A deposit can be used to start an order, with the understanding that the balance due will be paid upon completion prior to shipment.
Due to the custom nature of our products, deposits are NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Deposits are non-transferrable.
Upon completion of a product, a client has up to 14 days to remit payment for the balance due on their product. Failure to pay the balance due within this time period will result in the forfeiture of both deposit and product.
Tire Mounting:
We recommend prior to the mounting of tires that customers inspect the sizing and finishing of their wheels, as once tires are mounted. Once tires are mounted, customer forfeits all rights to any form of return/exchange/repair. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy
All items and services provided by threepieceus, LLC. may not be returned for credit. All wheels are sold AS IS. All sales are FINAL. Returns and/or exchanges will be offered at the sole discretion of threepieceus LLC. No guarantees will be made on condition of used wheels. If you have any doubts about the condition of the wheels DO NOT PURCHASE THEM. Threepieceus, LLC will not be held responsible for descriptions of wheels. Wheels in used condition may have curb rash scratches and damage to face/lip/barrel finishing. In the event of a return being granted, buyer is responsible for packaging the product exactly as it was sent out and returning it, insured, with a major freight carrier. Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of its condition a refund will be issued. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs for any returns.
ONCE YOU MOUNT TIRES ON THE WHEELS YOU OWN THEM. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SIZING/FITMENT BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR ALTERATIONS ONCE TIRES HAVE BEEN MOUNTED.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS. A CUSTOM PRODUCT IS DEFINED AS ANY PRODUCT THAT IS NOT STOCKED ON OUR SHELVES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: CUSTOM DRILLED LIPS AND BARRELS, CUSTOM BUILT WHEELS, WHEEL REFINISHING SERVICES.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS
This warranty provision limits you specific legal rights: Our responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties, conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and barred without limitation. threepieceus, LLC. does not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages or for products not being available for use.
Credit Card Charge Dispute Policy
Prior to disputing a credit card charge with their bank or credit card company, the user agrees to notify threepieceus, LLC. and allow them to make a good faith effort to remedy the dispute. The user further agrees that no dispute will be initiated based on claims of fact that cannot be substantiated. The user further agrees that threepieceus, LLC. will have the right to recover all costs incurred that are associated with resolving un-notified or unsubstantiated disputes ($25 minimum).
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
