The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). The computer clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 contiguous United States and D.C (includes Alaska and Hawaii), who are 18 (or age of majority) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of threepieceus llc (“Sponsor”), threepieceus llc (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. ENTRY VIA ONLINE PURCHASE: To enter, visit https://www.threepiece.us during the Promotion Period. Eligible individuals who make an online purchase of a piece of digital art on the Sponsor’s website at https://threepiece.us will receive one Sweepstakes entry for that purchase.
ENTRY VIA MAIL-IN METHOD (AMOE) WITHOUT PURCHASE: To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, full mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to threepieceus llc, ATTN Weekly Wheel Winner, 5365 Brooks Street, Montclair, CA 91763. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 13th July 2024 and received by 17th July 2024 in order to be eligible for the Promotion. Limit one outer envelope per person per week. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Administrator on or about July 18th 2024. The potential winner will be notified live on instagram, tiktok, youtube, or all of the above, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, on the day of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or if the potential winner is otherwise unable to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is one set of wheels ARV <$5000 USD. Due to technical limitations on our website it may be possible to enter for a prize with an ARV >$5000 USD. In the case of the winner selecting a prize with ARV >$5000 USD, winner will be contacted to discuss a prize within ARV limits. The prize will be shipped to the winner's home address. The prize cannot be substituted for any other prize. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable or assignable. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by the Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by the Sponsor.
