If you are searching for INFINITI Q60 wheel fitment, Rohana RFX13 on a INFINITI Q60, 20x10 +22 wheels on a Q60, or what tire size goes with that setup, this build is a real-world answer, photographed and measured by the owner.

Rohana RFX13 20x10 +22 specs

The wheels are 20-inch in diameter and 10 inches wide with a +22 offset, in the 5x112 bolt pattern the INFINITI Q60 uses.

A +22 offset on a 10-inch wide wheel puts the wheel face in an aggressive position close to the fender. Lower offset moves the wheel outward; higher offset tucks it in.

Suspension, stance and clearance

The drop comes from lowering springs, the simplest way to close the fender gap on a INFINITI Q60 while keeping the factory shocks.

No rubbing at all, front or rear, no spacers, no fender work. That means the setup fits as-is, which is what most owners want to know before they buy.

Stance: flush. The wheel face lines up with the fender. Flush fitment on a INFINITI Q60 comes down to the offset and width above; copy them and you get the same result.
