Full System Exhaust
Full System Exhaust: one complete kit from the engine back
A full system exhaust replaces the run of pipe from close to the engine all the way to the tips, rather than swapping just the rear section. On cars and trucks that usually means everything behind the manifolds or headers; on motorcycles and UTVs it means the complete head-to-tip system, often as a header-plus-muffler kit. Because you are changing more of the path, a full system gives you the most control over flow, tone and tip placement in one part number, and takes the guesswork out of matching pipe diameters between sections.
People fit one when a rear-section change alone isn't enough, when the factory system is rusted through, or when a build needs consistent tubing size from front to back. It's the heaviest lift in the exhaust section, but it's also the cleanest single-purchase answer.
What's in stock here
There are 161 full systems in stock right now, priced from $157 to $2,550. That's the current range for what's on the shelf, not a standing offer. The catalog spans 15 brands, led by Magnaflow (62), Vance and Hines (37) and Big Gun (31), with Diamond Eye Performance and Banks Power behind them, plus smaller counts from HKS, JBA, AWE Tuning, CORSA Performance, Injen, Invidia, ISR Performance, Kooks Headers, Gibson and Remus.
Fitment data is attached to 147 of these systems, covering model years from 1965 to 2025. Top makes include Ford, Toyota, Honda, Harley Davidson, Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep, Yamaha, Nissan, GMC, Kawasaki, Subaru, Hyundai and Polaris. Common vehicles range across the Toyota Tacoma, Tundra, Camry and 4Runner, Honda Accord, Civic and Element, Ford F-150, F-250, Ranger and Bronco II, Jeep Wrangler and Liberty, Dodge Durango, and Harley Softail and Sportster.
How to choose
Match the system to the platform first. Trucks and diesels lean toward the Diamond Eye and Banks Power end; V8 muscle sits with kits like the CORSA Hellcat dual rear-exit system and the Kooks 3in stainless GTO exhaust. For a Raptor there's the AWE Tuning FG system with Diamond Black tips, and import owners can look at the Invidia Civic Type-R 76mm kit with titanium tips. Powersports buyers have options like the Gibson Talon dual exhaust in black ceramic and the Vance and Hines Touring 2-1 full system.
The trade-off is scope versus budget. A full system costs more and takes longer to install than a rear-only change, but it's the surest way to keep pipe diameter and tip style consistent. If you only want the rear section, look at axle-back systems instead.
What else you may need
Depending on how far forward your kit reaches, plan for headers, exhaust pipes, and the right exhaust flanges to seal each joint. Compare against cat-back exhaust if a full system is more than the job needs.
