This 2021 BMW M440i is running Brixton Forged RF7, staggered: 20x9 +25 up front and 20x10 +35 in the rear, wrapped in 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear Falken Espia EPZ II tires.

If you are searching for BMW M440i wheel fitment, Brixton Forged RF7 on a BMW M440i, 20x9 +25 wheels on a M440i, or what tire size goes with that setup, this build is a real-world answer, photographed and measured by the owner.

Brixton Forged RF7 20x9 +25 specs (staggered)

The wheels are 20-inch in diameter and 9 inches wide with a +25 offset up front, and 20-inch by 10 inches at +35 in the rear.

A +25 offset on a 9-inch wide wheel puts the wheel face in an aggressive position close to the fender. Lower offset moves the wheel outward; higher offset tucks it in. The rear +35 offset on the 10-inch wheel keeps the rear in line with the front.

Brixton Forged RF7 20x9 +25 on a BMW M440i is a common M440i question, and this page shows exactly how it sits, how it clears, and what the owner changed to make it work.

235/35R20 / 275/30R20 tires on 20x9 wheels

The tire size is 235/35R20 front and 275/30R20 rear: a 235 mm section width with a 35 aspect ratio on the 20-inch wheel, which gives a square fit (tire and wheel are about the same width, the clean look most people go for).

The owner chose Falken Espia EPZ II. We stock Lexani LX-TWENTY 235/35R20 at $104 each in this size, and other 235/35R20 tires through the 235/35R20 tire search.

No rubbing at all, front or rear, no spacers, no fender work. That means the setup fits as-is, which is what most owners want to know before they buy.

Stance: flush. The wheel face lines up with the fender. Flush fitment on a BMW M440i comes down to the offset and width above; copy them and you get the same result.
