Konig Ampliform 18x9.5 +35 specs

The wheels are 18-inch in diameter and 9.5 inches wide with a +35 offset, in the 5x114.3 bolt pattern the Honda Insight uses.

A +35 offset on a 9.5-inch wide wheel puts the wheel face in a mild push toward the fender. Lower offset moves the wheel outward; higher offset tucks it in.

The car is lowered on Tein coilovers, which lets the owner dial in ride height and camber to clear 18x9.5 +35 and get the flush look.

No rubbing at all, front or rear, no spacers, no fender work. That means the setup fits as-is, which is what most owners want to know before they buy.
