Forged wheels are the strongest, lightest wheels money buys — and at ThreePiece.us they’re our specialty. We were built on the three-piece forged wheel, and we’ve been speccing forged fitment down to the millimeter since 2014. If you want the best ride, the best strength-to-weight, and a wheel made for your car instead of a generic fitment, this is where you start. Every wheel ships fitment-verified, and every one is 100% genuine — we never sell replicas.

What makes a forged wheel worth it
How forged wheels are made
A forged wheel starts as a single billet of aluminum, pressed under thousands of tons of hydraulic force until the grain structure of the metal is far tighter and denser than any casting. The payoff is real: a forged wheel can be lighter and stronger at the same time. Less weight at each corner — unsprung and rotational — means quicker acceleration, sharper steering, better braking and a more compliant ride. The added strength is what lets builders run aggressive, wide, concave fitments that a cast wheel simply can’t survive.
Forged vs. flow-formed vs. cast
Cast wheels are poured from molten aluminum — cheapest, heaviest, fine for a stock replacement. Flow-formed (rotary-forged) wheels start as a cast center, then the barrel is spun and pressed to compact the metal — lighter and stronger than cast, a great value. Fully forged is the top tier: the strongest, lightest option, and the only way to get a true custom, multi-piece build. If you’re chasing performance or a one-of-one fitment, forged is the answer.
Monoblock vs. multi-piece (2- and 3-piece)
A monoblock (one-piece) forged wheel is the lightest and stiffest — ideal for track and outright performance. A multi-piece wheel — a true 2- or 3-piece — bolts a forged center to forged outer barrels and a replaceable lip, which lets you fine-tune width, offset and lip depth per corner, and refinish or repair a single section later. ThreePiece was built on the 3-piece wheel; if you want a fitment that’s truly yours, this is the page.
Built to your exact fitment
Most forged wheels are made to order in your exact width, offset, bolt pattern and finish — so the wheel arrives sized for your car, staggered or square, not a generic spec. Tell us the vehicle, submodel and the stance you’re after (tuck, flush or poke) and we’ll cross-check bolt pattern, offset, hub bore and caliper clearance before we invoice. Preview it first in the visualizer, and round out the order with hub rings, lugs and extended studs.

Forged wheel questions, answered
Forged, flow-formed or cast — which do I need?
Chasing performance, big power or a custom multi-piece look? Go forged — lightest and strongest. Want most of the benefit for less? Flow-formed is a strong value. Just replacing a stock wheel on a budget? Cast is fine.
Monoblock or 3-piece?
Monoblock is lighter and stiffer — the track pick. A 3-piece lets you dial width, offset and lip exactly, and refinish or repair one section later — the custom-fitment pick.
How do I know the width and offset will work on my car?
Tell us your chassis code, submodel and target stance. We cross-check bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, caliper clearance and fender line before we invoice — or start with the fitment calculator.
Real vs. replica — how do I tell?
Every wheel we ship comes from an authorized distributor. Real forged wheels have factory forging stamps; real multi-piece hardware is serial-numbered. We don’t stock replicas.
What’s the lead time?
In-stock sets pack in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order forged builds are quoted with a lead time up front — flagged before you pay, not after.
Can I finance?
Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Credit and Snap Finance — pick one at checkout.
Pick your car — we’ll verify fitment before it ships.
