Jeep Wrangler Wheels

Every Wrangler from 2007 on, plus the Gladiator, uses a 5x127 bolt pattern, and every wheel on this page is drilled for it. Below you'll find the in-stock designs Jeep owners buy most, real sizes owners run, and a plain guide to picking diameter, offset and finish for the tires you want.

Popular designs, side by side

Mayhem Warrior 8015

Mayhem Warrior 8015

Sizes: 17x9, 20x9, 20x10
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Black/Milled Spokes, Matte Black
$260 – $325 per wheel · 4 in stock

One of the few designs here that comes in both 17 and 20 inch, in 17x9, 20x9 and 20x10. Go 17x9 for trail sidewall or 20s for a street-leaning JK or JL. Black/Milled Spokes adds bright cut lines on the spokes. Matte Black is flat black all over. Check the offset on the exact listing before you order the 20x10, since the extra width changes where the tire sits.

XD COLOSSUS

XD COLOSSUS

Sizes: 20x9, 20x10
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Matte Black
$510 – $532 per wheel · 3 in stock

An aggressive matte black truck wheel in 20x9 and 20x10, dual-drilled for 5x127 and 5x139.7. It suits lifted JLs and Gladiators where the 20 inch look is the point. The 20x10 -18 listing pushes the tire well outboard of stock. The extra bolt holes are visible on the face, and it only comes in one finish.

XF Off-Road XF-230

XF Off-Road XF-230

Sizes: 17x9, 18x9
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Gloss Black & Machined
$189 – $286 per wheel · 3 in stock

Comes in 17x9 and 18x9, finished in Gloss Black & Machined, so the face shows bright metal against black. The 18 is a good middle ground if 17s feel too plain and 20s feel too thin on sidewall. The 18x9 +12 listing sits closer to stock than most negative-offset wheels here. It's dual-drilled, so you'll see extra holes on the face.

Moto Metal COMBAT

Moto Metal COMBAT

Sizes: 20x10, 22x10
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Chrome, Gloss Black Milled, Matte Black
$370 – $503 per wheel · 3 in stock

This is the only design here offered in Chrome, along with Gloss Black Milled and Matte Black, in 20x10 and 22x10. It's built for a showy lifted Wrangler or Gladiator that mostly sees pavement. The 22x10 -18 listing pokes out hard. Chrome looks great clean but takes more care if the Jeep sees mud and road salt.

AXE WHEELS EX50

AXE WHEELS EX50

Sizes: 22x9, 22x10, 22x10.5
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Silver
$565 – $585 per wheel · 3 in stock

A 22 inch-only wheel in Silver, in 22x9, 22x10 and 22x10.5. The 22x10 +30 listing has a positive offset, so it tucks more than most big wheels on this page. It's for a street-built Jeep. A 22 leaves little sidewall, so it's the wrong pick if you plan to air down on trails.

Tuff T4B

Tuff T4B

Sizes: 20x12, 22x12
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: CANDY RED W/ MILLED SPOKE, GLOSS BLACK W/ MILLED SPOKES
$390 – $531 per wheel · 3 in stock

The widest design here at 20x12 and 22x12. Pick Candy Red with milled spokes if you want to stand out, or Gloss Black with milled spokes for something calmer. The 22x12 -45 listing throws the tire far past the fenders for a heavy poke look. Expect to deal with tire rub and fender coverage on that much width.

Vortek VRT-604-R

Vortek VRT-604-R

Sizes: 17x9
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Matte Titanium With Black Bead Ring, Satin Black
$308 – $428 per wheel · 3 in stock

A 17x9 trail wheel in Satin Black or Matte Titanium With Black Bead Ring, which gives it a beadlock-style look. The 17x9 -12 listing matches the front size several customer Wranglers run. It's dual-drilled for 5x127 and 5x139.7. Check the listing to confirm whether the ring is cosmetic before you count on it for very low air pressure.

WELD Off-Road Fulcrum

WELD Off-Road Fulcrum

Sizes: 20x9, 22x10, 22x12
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Gloss Black/Milled
$216 – $553 per wheel · 3 in stock

Comes in Gloss Black/Milled across 20x9, 22x10 and 22x12, so one design covers a mild street build up to a wide show stance. The milled accents on black read clean from a distance. The 22x12 is a big jump in width from the 20x9, so pick your size based on your lift and tire, not just looks.

Level 8 HAULER

Level 8 HAULER

Sizes: 15x8, 16x8.5
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: MATTE BLACK, POLISHED
$127 – $154 per wheel · 3 in stock

The smallest wheel here, in 15x8 and 16x8.5, in Matte Black or Polished. It's an old-school look with a tall tire sidewall, which is great for airing down. Small diameters can hit bigger brake calipers, so run your exact Jeep through the fitment search before buying 15s.

Icon Alloys REBOUND

Icon Alloys REBOUND

Sizes: 17x8.5
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: BRONZE, Double Black, TITANIUM
$311 – $313 per wheel · 3 in stock

A classic trail size at 17x8.5, in Bronze, Double Black or Titanium. Bronze is the go-to on tan, white or green Wranglers. Titanium is a lighter gray that hides trail dust well. It only comes in one size, so it's for owners who already know they want a 17.

LOCK EXTREME RAMPAGE

LOCK EXTREME RAMPAGE

Sizes: 22x10, 22x12
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Gloss Black, Gloss Black Milling
$395 – $542 per wheel · 3 in stock

A 22 inch-only wheel in 22x10 and 22x12, in Gloss Black or Gloss Black Milling. It's aimed at lifted Gladiators and Wranglers built for the street and the car show. The 22x12 brings a lot of poke. Short sidewall means a firmer ride than any 17 here.

RTX Windsor

RTX Windsor

Sizes: 17x7, 18x7.5
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Gunmetal, Gunmetal Machined
$205 – $300 per wheel · 3 in stock

The narrowest design on the page at 17x7 and 18x7.5, in Gunmetal or Gunmetal Machined. Its width is close to the factory 7.5x17, so it suits a stock-height daily that just wants a better look. It's not the pick for wide 35s or 37s, which want a wider wheel.

Black Rhino BR012 OUTBACK

Black Rhino BR012 OUTBACK

Sizes: 17x8.5, 18x8.5
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: MATTE BRONZE, MATTE GUNMETAL
$388 – $438 per wheel · 3 in stock

Comes in 17x8.5 and 18x8.5 in Matte Bronze or Matte Gunmetal. The matte finishes look rugged and don't show swirl marks the way gloss does. The 17x8.5 suits a trail Jeep. The 18x8.5 trades a little sidewall for a fuller look.

KMC E25 BEADLOCK

KMC E25 BEADLOCK

Sizes: 17x9
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Blackout, Machined
$620 – $695 per wheel · 3 in stock

A 17x9 wheel in Blackout or Machined, and the one with beadlock in its name. Blackout is black on black. Machined shows bright metal on the face. Read the listing to confirm whether it's a true beadlock or a beadlock-style ring before you plan to run very low pressure off-road.

Vision Off-Road 350 Ojos

Vision Off-Road 350 Ojos

Sizes: 17x9, 18x9
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Satin Black, Satin Grey
$236 – $288 per wheel · 3 in stock

A trail-focused design in 17x9 and 18x9, in Satin Black or Satin Grey. Satin sits between gloss and matte. It has a soft sheen that's easy to keep clean. Satin Grey is one of the few gray options here if black feels overdone on your Jeep.

AXE WHEELS EX55

AXE WHEELS EX55

Sizes: 22x9, 22x10
Bolt pattern: 5x127
Finishes: Black And Polished Face, Silver
$540 – $585 per wheel · 3 in stock

A 22 inch design in 22x9 and 22x10, in Black And Polished Face or Silver. The polished face on black gives a two-tone look the EX50 doesn't offer. It's a street wheel. Little sidewall and big diameter mean it's not for rock trails.

Jeep Wrangler rims by year: which bolt pattern you need

Bolt pattern splits Wranglers into two groups. The 1990-2006 trucks use 5x114.3. Everything from 2007 on, JK and JL, uses 5x127, and so does the Gladiator. Every wheel on this page is 5x127.

ModelYearsBolt patternCenter boreFactory wheel sizes
Wrangler (YJ / TJ)1990-20065x114.371.6 mm6x15 +32, 8x16 +30
Wrangler (JK / JL)2007-20265x12771.6 mm7.5x17 +44, 7x16 +44
Gladiator2020-20265x12771.5 mm7.5x17 +44

Jeep Wrangler TJ wheels

TJ and YJ owners, stop here. Your 5x114.3 hubs won't take the 5x127 wheels on this page. Search your exact year in the fitment search to see what bolts on.

Jeep JK rims vs JL: what changes

For wheels, less than you'd think. Both use 5x127, both have a 71.6 mm center bore, and both came on 17s and 16s with a +44 offset. A wheel that bolts to a JK lines up on a JL hub too.

What changes is the rest of the build. Brakes, lift height and tire size decide what clears. Two Jeeps of the same generation on different lifts can need different offsets. Put in your exact year and trim before you order. Owners of older JKs can start with the 2015 Wrangler wheel lineup.

Gladiator note

The Gladiator shares the 5x127 pattern and the 7.5x17 +44 factory size, but its listed center bore is 71.5 mm, a hair under the Wrangler's 71.6 mm. Confirm the bore on the listing before you order. Gladiator owners planning bigger tires should read running 35s on a Gladiator.

17 vs 20 inch (and 22)

17s are the trail size. They leave the most sidewall, so the tire flexes over rocks and airs down well. 17x9 and 17x8.5 are two of the most stocked sizes we carry.

20s are the street look. 20x10 and 20x9 are just as common. They fill the wheel well and look sharp on a lifted JL or Gladiator, but you give up sidewall and ride softness.

22s, often 22x10 or 22x12, are show builds. Pick 15s or 16s, like the Level 8 Hauler, for an old-school look with a tall, soft sidewall.

Offset and backspacing for 33s, 35s and 37s

The factory +44 offset tucks the wheel in under the fender. That works for stock-size tires. As tires get bigger, the wider tire starts to hit the control arms and frame on the inboard side.

The fix is lower or negative offset. It pushes the wheel outward, moves the tire away from the suspension and gives it more room to turn. Push it too far and the tire rubs the fenders at full lock or full stuff, and it sticks out past the body.

  • 33s: the mildest step. Many stay close to stock offset, especially on stock height.
  • 35s: usually want a lift and a lower offset than factory. Read whether 35s fit a Wrangler before buying.
  • 37s: need real lift plus a negative-offset wheel. Lift choice matters as much as the wheel. See top JL lift kits.

Offsets here run wide, from +30 on the AXE EX50 22x10 down to -45 on the candy red Tuff T4B 22x12. We won't guess a number for your setup. Enter your exact Jeep, lift and tire in the fitment search and it'll show what clears.

What owners actually run

These are real customer Jeeps:

VehicleFrontRearStance
2018 Jeep Wrangler17x9 -1217x7.5 +44Poke
2020 Jeep Wrangler (Fuel)17x9 -1217x7.5 +44Poke
2023 Jeep Gladiator17x8.5 017x7.5 +44Poke

Two patterns stand out. Both Wranglers run 17x9 -12 up front, which pushes the tire out past the fenders for a wide, planted look. The Gladiator owner went milder with 17x8.5 at zero offset and still gets the poke. All three stayed on 17s, the trail favorite. To copy the Wrangler front setup, the Vortek VRT-604-R 17x9 -12 in Satin Black matches it exactly.

Jeep beadlock wheels: real vs beadlock-look

A true beadlock clamps the tire bead to the wheel with a bolted outer ring. That lets you drop to very low pressure on rocks or sand without the tire peeling off the rim. The tradeoff is upkeep: those ring bolts need checking.

A beadlock-look wheel has a ring that's there for style. It gets you the rugged look with none of the upkeep, but it won't hold the bead at very low pressure. The KMC E25 Beadlock and the Vortek VRT-604-R with its black bead ring finish both give you that look. Read each listing to confirm which kind you're buying.

Jeep Wrangler black wheels (and bronze)

Black is the default Jeep look. Gloss black is the most stocked finish we carry, followed by matte black. Gloss pops on a clean Jeep. Matte hides trail dust and looks tougher. Milled or machined black wheels, like the Mayhem Warrior or WELD Fulcrum, add bright cut lines so the design doesn't disappear on a dark Jeep.

Bronze is the other classic. It looks right on tan, white, green and gray Jeeps. The Icon Rebound and Black Rhino Outback both come in bronze, and the Dirty Life Journey 17x8.5 in matte bronze is another trail-size option.

Jeep Wrangler Fuel wheels

Fuel is one of the most searched names on Wranglers, and one of our customer Jeeps above runs them. Browse the full Fuel one-piece range, or jump to the Lynx 22x10 -18 in Blackout for a big blacked-out street look.

How to choose between these designs

  • Trail first: 17s like the Icon Rebound, Vision 350 Ojos, KMC E25 or Vortek VRT-604-R.
  • Street and trail: 18s like the XF-230 or Black Rhino Outback.
  • Lifted street look: 20s like the XD Colossus, Mayhem Warrior or Moto Metal Combat.
  • Show build: 22s from AXE, Lock Extreme, WELD or Tuff.
  • Stock height daily: the narrow RTX Windsor stays close to factory width.
  • Old school: Level 8 Hauler in 15 or 16 inch.

Before you order

  • Confirm your year: 2007 and newer is 5x127, older is not.
  • Pick your tire size first, then the wheel. Tire size drives offset.
  • Match offset to your lift. Bigger tires on a stock-height Jeep rub sooner.
  • Decide how much sidewall you want. Smaller diameter means more sidewall for airing down.
  • On beadlock-style wheels, confirm whether the ring is real or cosmetic.

Questions

What bolt pattern is a Jeep Wrangler?

2007 and newer Wranglers (JK and JL) use 5x127, while 1990-2006 Wranglers use 5x114.3. The two are not interchangeable.

Do JK wheels fit a JL?

Yes, on bolt pattern and center bore they match: both are 5x127 with a 71.6 mm bore. Clearance can still differ with lift, brakes and tire size, so check your exact Jeep in the fitment search.

Will Wrangler wheels fit a Gladiator?

Generally yes, since the Gladiator also uses 5x127 and came on a 7.5x17 +44 wheel. Its listed center bore is 71.5 mm versus 71.6 mm on the Wrangler, so confirm the bore on the listing.

Can I put these wheels on a Jeep Wrangler TJ?

No, the TJ and YJ use 5x114.3 and these wheels are 5x127. Search your TJ's year in the fitment search to find wheels that bolt on.

Should I get 17 or 20 inch wheels on my Jeep?

Get 17s if you go off-road, since the extra sidewall flexes and airs down better. Get 20s if the Jeep lives on pavement and you want a fuller, lifted look.

What offset do I need for 35s?

Most 35 setups use a lower offset than the factory +44 to move the tire away from the suspension. The right number depends on your lift and tire width, so enter both in the fitment search instead of guessing.

Are beadlock-look wheels real beadlocks?

Usually not. The ring is for looks and won't hold the tire bead at very low pressure. Check each listing to see whether it's a true beadlock.
