2022 Lexus RX450h
This 2022 Lexus RX450h is running TSW seabrings in 22x9 +20 at all four corners, wrapped in 265/40R22 tires.
It sits on stock suspension with a hellaflush stance, meaning the wheel face sits at or just past the fender, the most aggressive look.
If you are searching for Lexus RX450h wheel fitment, TSW seabrings on a Lexus RX450h, 22x9 +20 wheels on a RX450h, or what tire size goes with that setup, this build is a real-world answer, photographed and measured by the owner.
The wheels are 22-inch in diameter and 9 inches wide with a +20 offset.
A +20 offset on a 9-inch wide wheel puts the wheel face in an aggressive position close to the fender. Lower offset moves the wheel outward; higher offset tucks it in.

The tire size is 265/40R22: a 265 mm section width with a 40 aspect ratio on the 22-inch wheel, which gives a meaty fit (the tire is wider than the wheel, so the sidewall bulges a little and gives more cushion).
We stock Arroyo Ultra Sport AS 265/40ZR22 at $162 each in 265/40R22, and more 265/40R22 tires through the tire search.
