If you are searching for Lexus IS350 wheel fitment, Work Wheels Kiwami on a Lexus IS350, 19x8.5 +45 wheels on a IS350, or what tire size goes with that setup, this build is a real-world answer, photographed and measured by the owner.

Work Wheels Kiwami 19x8.5 +45 specs (staggered)

The wheels are 19-inch in diameter and 8.5 inches wide with a +45 offset up front, and 19-inch by 9.5 inches at +38 in the rear, in the 5x114.3 bolt pattern the Lexus IS350 uses.

A +45 offset on a 8.5-inch wide wheel puts the wheel face in a conservative, factory-like position. Lower offset moves the wheel outward; higher offset tucks it in. The rear +38 offset on the 9.5-inch wheel pushes the rear out further for the staggered look.
