5x139.7 Bolt Pattern Wheels
The 5x139.7 bolt pattern describes a wheel with five lugs arranged on a circle 139.7 millimeters across (roughly 5.5 inches). It's a long-standing standard on full-size and half-ton trucks, where the wider stud spacing helps carry heavier loads. Any wheel listed here matches that lug count and circle diameter, but the bolt pattern alone doesn't guarantee a clean fit.
Two other measurements still matter: center bore and offset. The center bore has to clear the hub so the wheel sits true, and offset controls how far the wheel tucks in or pokes out relative to your fenders and suspension. If you're unsure whether a hub ring or a small spacer makes sense, our guide on hub-centric versus lug-centric wheels breaks down what actually keeps a wheel centered.
This sizing is common on trucks like the 2018 Ram 1500 and the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. When you're ready to match wheels and tires, the Package Builder walks you through it.
