A muffler delete pipe replaces the factory muffler with a straight section of pipe that keeps the flange spacing of the stock unit. You're removing the muffler's internal chambers and packing, so exhaust gas runs a straighter path out the back. The trade is more noise for a cleaner, less restrictive flow, and it's one of the simplest bolt-in exhaust changes you can make on a lift.
