Light Lenses
Light Lenses: the swappable optic that decides beam pattern and color
A light lens is the front face of a lamp or LED optic. On a driving or fog light it controls where the beam goes - a wide flood, a tight spot, or a euro pattern that throws light down the road. On a tail or turn assembly it sets the color and how the light reads to traffic. Fitting the right light lenses lets you change beam spread or swap a cracked, hazed, or wrong-color lens without replacing a whole housing, which is why so many people keep a spare lens or reflector on the shelf.
What we stock
There are 48 light lenses in stock right now, spanning 8 brands: Baja Designs (the deepest at 16 items), Bikers Choice, KC HiLiTES, Rigid Industries, Kuryakyn, Hella, QuadBoss, and Diode Dynamics. Prices run from $22 to $416, which is the current range for what's on hand, not a locked price. The spread reflects two different jobs: replaceable optics for LED lights at the top, and simple color-lens replacements at the bottom.
At the higher end, the Rigid Industries SRQ 60-degree flush-mount lens set of 2 and the single SRQ 60-degree lens change beam angle on an existing pod. In the mid-range, the Hella Rallye 4000 euro beam lens/reflector and the Diode Dynamics SS3 PC fog lens in yellow cover driving and fog optics. For motorcycles, the Kuryakyn rear smoke lens kit and the Bikers Choice rear red lens for 80-95 FLHT and 86-95 FLST are direct color replacements.
How to choose
First decide whether you're changing beam pattern or color. Optic lenses like the Rigid SRQ and Diode Dynamics SS3 fit specific light bodies, so match the lens to the exact light you own - a 60-degree lens only helps if your pod accepts it. Color lenses like the Kuryakyn smoke kit and Bikers Choice red lens are about appearance and signal color; confirm the housing and mounting match before ordering. Buy the set (like the Rigid pair) if you're running lights in matched positions, and the single if you're replacing one. Yellow fog lenses trade some brightness for better cut in fog and rain compared with clear or white.
What else you need
A lens is one piece of a larger lighting build. Pair it with the housing or light itself from LED Light Bars, Headlights, Tail Lights, or Turn Signals. Browse the full Lighting group or the wider Exterior section for related upgrades.
Fitment and ordering
Fitment data is listed on 3 of these products, all Harley-Davidson - models named include the FLHT, FLST, Sportster, Big Twin and Tombstone, across model years 1947 through 1998. Most lenses fit by matching the light or housing they belong to rather than by vehicle, so check the product listing.
