Kenda KR29 tires: built tough for trucks and 4x4s that carry a load
The Kenda KR29 tires in our lineup cover a wide spread of light-truck and flotation fitments, with sturdy load ratings and a Q speed rating across the board. The KR29 sits within the broader Kenda range, and this page focuses on the exact sizes, ratings and prices we stock for this one model. Everything below reflects what we actually carry, not the model's full size range.
Sizes we carry
We stock the KR29 in rim diameters from 15 through 22 inches, plus 33- and 35-inch flotation sizes for lifted rigs. Metric fitments on hand include 235/75R15 at $215, 225/75R16 at $514 and 265/70R17 at $309, along with 245/75R16, 235/85R16, 255/75R17, 285/75R16, 275/70R18, 305/60R18 and 275/65R20. Flotation options run from 33X12.5R15 up to 33X12.50R20 at $436 and 35X12.50R17 at $394, with 35-inch versions available on 18-, 20- and 22-inch rim diameters. You can also see broader stock in 235/75R15, 225/75R16 and 265/70R17.
Ratings on hand
Every KR29 we carry uses the Q speed rating. Load indexes span 104 through 126, so service descriptions run from 104Q up to 126Q depending on size. Load ranges cover C, D and E, giving you options from lighter half-ton use up to stiffer, heavier-duty carrying capacity.
Price and who it suits
Pricing runs from $215 to $514, which keeps the KR29 in honest, workhorse territory rather than premium pricing. It suits truck and 4x4 owners who want durable rubber in real light-truck and flotation sizes without paying top dollar. If you want to compare within the family, the Klever AT2 and Klever AT2 KR628 take a different approach, the KR28 is a close sibling worth a look, and the KR400 covers other needs.
