Thermal Sleeves
Thermal sleeves slide over or wrap around hoses, wiring and fluid lines that run close to hot parts such as headers and exhaust. They slow heat transfer, which helps keep rubber and insulation from breaking down over time and keeps fluids cooler. Many sleeves also add a layer of protection against rubbing and give the engine bay a tidier look.
We currently have 4 thermal sleeve products in stock from DEI and Kuryakyn. Options include the DEI Heat Sheath on a bulk spool, the DEI Split Wire Sleeve Easy Loom in black, and the Kuryakyn Throttle Tube for Indian models.
A few things to think about when choosing:
Measure the outside of the hose, line or wire bundle and pick a sleeve with an inside diameter that fits over it.
Look at split-style sleeves if you want to fit them without disconnecting anything.
Get enough length to cover the full run near the heat source, with a little extra to work with.
Check that the sleeve suits how close it will sit to the heat.
To narrow the list to parts for your build, pick your vehicle to see what fits.
