Diesel Injector Lines

Injector lines carry fuel from the injection pump or fuel rail to each injector. On a diesel they work under very high pressure, so a cracked, chafed or fatigued line can cause fuel leaks, misfires and rough running. Owners often replace them during injector or pump work, when a factory line fails, or as part of a build that asks more of the fuel system.

We currently have 2 injector line products in stock, both from BD Diesel. The first is the BD Diesel 11-21 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke Injector Line Kits, which fit the Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550. The second is the BD Diesel 03-07 Dodge 2500/3500 5.9L 24-valve Injector Line Kit for Cummins-powered Dodge trucks.

  • Match the kit to your exact engine and model years, since line routing differs between platforms.
  • Check whether you need a complete set or only certain lines.
  • Inspect clamps, fittings and nearby components, and replace worn parts at the same time.
  • Follow the routing and torque guidance for your engine during installation.

To see which kit suits your truck, pick your vehicle and we will show you what fits.
