Carburetor Rebuild Kits
Carburetor Rebuild Kits: restore fuel delivery without buying a whole new carb
When an engine bogs, floods, runs lean at idle or leaks fuel after sitting, the problem is usually inside the carburetor, not the carburetor itself. Carburetor rebuild kits give you the wear parts that actually fail: needle and seat, float bowl and other gaskets, o-rings, and jets or a needle where the kit includes them. Swap those, clean the passages, set the float, and a carb that was gummed up from ethanol varnish runs like it should again for a fraction of a full replacement.
What we stock
There are 28 carburetor rebuild kits here, priced from $46 to $147 for what is currently in stock. That range is the live spread, not a fixed price. Four brands cover it: All Balls Racing makes up the bulk of the range at 21 kits, with QuadBoss (4), TwinPower (2) and S&S Cycle (1) filling out the rest.
Coverage leans toward powersports. The top makes are Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Ski-Doo, across model years spanning 1985 to 2023. Fitment-specific kits cover machines like the Honda TRX250, Kawasaki KLX110, Polaris Sportsman 500, Suzuki DRZ250, Yamaha YFM350ER and Ski-Doo Tundra. Concrete examples: the All Balls Racing Polaris 600 XC LC kit at the top end, the All Balls Racing Yamaha XVS650 V-Star kit, the QuadBoss Yamaha YFM350ER Moto-4 kit, the QuadBoss Honda ATC250ES Big Red kit, and the S&S Cycle Super A/B carb body kit.
How to choose
The main decision is match, not brand. These kits are built to a specific carburetor or model, so start from your machine and its carb type rather than price. Many All Balls Racing and QuadBoss listings are model-and-year specific, like the ATV and dirt-bike kits above. Others are built around a carburetor family instead: the TwinPower kit for Keihin CV carburetors and the S&S kit reference the carb, so confirm which unit you have before ordering. If a kit lists a jet or needle and your machine is otherwise stock, that saves a separate parts hunt; if you only have a leaking bowl, a simpler gasket-and-seat kit does the job.
What else you need with it
A rebuild is a good time to clear the fuel path around the carb. If your fuel pumps are weak, the carb still starves. Refresh the lines with new fittings and adapters, and if the top end is open, look at a wider gasket kit or head gaskets. A fresh battery makes cold starts on a freshly tuned carb a lot easier to judge. Browse the full Engine Components section for the rest.
