ProTaper Universal Solid Mount Kit - 022821
$75.00
- Precision CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum
- Adds 3/4" to rise of handlebars
- Bar pad not included
The ProTaper Universal Solid Mount Kit (part number 022821) is a handlebar mounting kit from ProTaper, listed under powersports. As the name says, it is universal, so there is no single vehicle fit list.
Handlebar hardware matters because the bar is the contact point that sets your riding position. A solid mount kit is the hardware that holds the bar in place. When you swap a bar or rebuild a front end, mounting parts like this are part of the job. ProTaper's range covers bars, pads and kits, and this one is a universal solid mount option.
Universal does not mean it suits every bike, so compare it with your handlebar, clamps and triple clamp layout. Pick your vehicle on the page to confirm fit, or call us before ordering.

Install and care: powersports
- Before you start, read the maker's guide on this page end to end and lay out every part against the What's in the box list.
- Do torque every fastener to the maker's figure with a torque wrench, and re-check it after the first drive.
- Don't force a part that does not line up: check the vehicle list on this page against your exact year and trim first.
