TIS
TIS wheels: truck-and-SUV cast wheels built to take a beating
TIS wheels are the aftermarket line from Tire Industries, aimed squarely at trucks, SUVs and heavy-duty duallies rather than the show-car crowd. The whole point of the brand is simple: aggressive spoke patterns, deep concave faces and load ratings that hold up on 3/4- and 1-ton platforms, priced so a working truck owner can actually run a full set. You'll notice it the moment you pick one up. These are chunky monoblock castings with real meat behind the spokes, not thin-wall styling wheels.
The catalog is broad. We carry the full run at ThreePiece, and it splits neatly by face family, with each family offered in a few finish and accent variations. Here's how the lineup actually breaks down.
The TIS model lineup
The 544 family
The 544 is TIS's workhorse split-spoke and comes in more variations than any other face. The base 544B is the straight gloss black version, sized 20 through 26. Add milled spoke tips and you get the 544BM, sold in black & milled and gloss black with milled accents. Want a fully machined face instead of just milled edges, the 544MB runs a gloss black machined face, some with a milled lip logo. The 544C is the chrome-plated take on the same face, and the 544GB is a wide gloss black 22 built for deep-lip, negative-offset fitments. For dually trucks, TIS splits the 544 into front and rear pieces: the 544B Dually Inner and the milled 544BM Dually.
The 547 family
The 547 is a cleaner, tighter multi-spoke than the 544 and runs 18 through 26. The 547B is gloss black, some with a milled lip logo; the 547BM adds milled accents and an optional lip-logo version; and the 547C is chrome-plated, including a big 26x14 for the lifted crowd.
The 554, 555 and 556 faces
The 554BM is a mesh-style 20 and 22 in black & milled or gloss black with milled spoke accents and a lip logo. The 555 line runs smaller: the 555MRT is a 17-inch machined face with a gloss red tint clear coat and cast lip bolts, and the 555SB is a straightforward satin black 17 and 20. The 556 is TIS's ringed beadlock-look face, offered three ways: the 556AB in anthracite with a black ring, the 556BA flipping that to black with an anthracite ring, and the all-monotone 556SB in satin black.
The 560, 561 and 567 faces
The 560 is a directional split-spoke sized 18 through 26. The 560B is gloss black, the 560BM adds milled accents, and the 560C is chrome-plated. The 561B is a deep-lip 24 in gloss black with a lip logo. Newest to the range is the 567, a bold six-spoke sold as gloss black 567B, milled-accent 567BM, and chrome-plated 567C, all 20 through 26.
Accessories
Beyond the wheels, TIS supplies matching hardware. There's a full center cap range covering the whole finish spectrum, plus lip bolts in chrome and gloss black machined for the exposed-hardware look. There's even the oddball 2 Screen LCD unit for show builds.
Construction and finishes
Nearly the entire TIS lineup is monoblock cast aluminum, a single-piece wheel that keeps weight and cost sensible while still handling truck loads. Diameters run from 17 up to 26. Finishes track the naming: B for gloss or satin black, BM for black with milled accents, MB for a machined face, and C for chrome plating. Beyond those, you'll find anthracite, bronze, gunmetal, brushed silver, galvanized and white in various caps and specials. Milled lip logos and cast lip bolts show up across the range for the guys who want their branding to read from across the lot.
Price and who it's for
TIS is honest value pricing. Wheels start around $327 for a satin black 555SB and climb into the $600-$730 range for chrome 26s and wide deep-lip fitments. Accessories like bolts and caps fill in from about $31. That puts TIS below the premium forged brands but with the size range and load ratings truck and dually owners actually need. If you want a strong, aggressive wheel for a lifted or leveled truck without paying forged money, this is the shelf to shop.
