Fuel UTV
Fuel UTV wheels: purpose-built for side-by-sides and sport quads
Fuel UTV wheels are the powersports arm of Fuel Off-Road, one of the best-known names in aggressive American aftermarket wheel design. Where the truck line built its reputation on deep concave faces and heavy milled spokes, the UTV catalog takes that same styling language and re-engineers it for the loads, widths and bolt patterns that Polaris, Can-Am and Yamaha machines actually run. This is a wide, deep line - 335 SKUs as it stands - spanning cast monoblocks, forged monoblocks and true beadlocks, in diameters from 14 inch trail wheels all the way up to 30-inch show pieces.
The short version: if you ride or race a UTV and you want the Fuel look done right, this is the catalog. Browse the full Fuel UTV range or read on for how the lineup breaks down.
The Fuel UTV lineup, model by model
The line splits into a few clear families. Understanding those families is the fastest way to find your look.
The D-series workhorses
These are the core cast monoblock wheels - the ones you'll see on the most machines. The D538 Maverick is the widest-ranging model of all, offered from 14 up to 30 inches in matte black machined and matte black milled - a split five-spoke that reads clean at trail sizes and dramatic at big diameters. The D546 Assault and the two Anza wheels, D557 and D558, are tight, technical spoke patterns in 14 and 15 inch, with gun metal ring and bead-ring finish options that add depth without paint. The D583 Anza 4+3 carries that face into a wider backspacing spec.
The Podium trio - D617, D618 and D619 - are compact 15-inch race-style wheels, differing mainly in bolt pattern and finish (matte black, matte gun metal with black bead ring). The D630 Tactic and the Gatling pair, D639 and D640, push into higher-offset territory for a flush, aggressive stance. Rounding out the trail sizes are the D567 Lethal and the Vector wheels, D579 and D600.
The bigger-diameter street and show wheels
Step up in diameter and the finishes get louder. The Kompressor family - D641 and D642 - runs 18 to 24 inch in gloss black milled and gloss black with red tinted clear. The Maverick UTV wheels, D650 and D651, add milled faces with blue and red tint. The D581 Triton, D611 Stroke, D595 Sledge, D753 Reaction, D204 Runner and D741 Runner fill out the mid and large diameters with milled and bronze bead-ring options.
Beadlocks
For serious dune and rock use, the beadlock line clamps the tire bead mechanically so you can run low pressure without slipping. That includes the Maverick beadlocks (D928, D936, D937, D938), the Anza beadlocks (D917, D918), Gatling beadlocks (D914, D915) and the Block, Tech, Hardline and Vector beadlock series.
The polished forged and premium models
At the top sit the polished specialty wheels. The 019, 030, 037, 039 and 041 are monoblock forged wheels in 24-inch polished and gloss brushed polished finishes - the mirror-face show end of the line. The cast 025, 038 and the small-diameter 053, 105 and 106 round out the polished and custom-finish offerings.
Construction and finishes
Almost the entire UTV line is cast monoblock - a single-piece wheel that keeps cost sensible and weight predictable for powersports duty. A handful of the premium 24-inch models (019, 030, 037, 041, 039) step up to forged monoblock, which trades cost for a denser, stronger blank. Beadlock models add a bolt-on outer ring that mechanically locks the tire bead.
Finishes run from understated to showy: matte black, matte black milled and matte black machined for the trail crowd; gun metal and bronze bead-ring treatments for contrast; gloss black milled with red or blue tinted clear for the street builds; and full polished or gloss brushed polished on the forged flagships.
Price and who it's for
Fuel UTV covers a genuinely broad budget. Entry cast wheels start around $85, with the volume trail models like the Assault and Podium landing in the $148-$210 range. Mid-size milled wheels run into the mid $200s to low $300s, and the polished forged 24s top out at $1,215. That spread means the same design family is available whether you're outfitting a work machine or a show build. If you want it mounted and ready, look at our mounted packages, and financing through Affirm and Katapult is available as low as 0% APR.
