Thanks to its durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel design, this BMW exhaust system will handle whatever tarmac you decide to leave your mark on. This performance exhaust kit features a crossmember-back layout designed to replace your BMW’s exhaust system from the crossmember on back. With its fast-flowing, mandrel bent 2.5in. main piping and 2 Straight-Through muffler ending in a Dual Straight Driver Side Rear exit with 3.5 Polished Welded-Double Wall-Angle Cut-Folded Edge tips, your muscle car will be sounding as awesome as it looks. Extensive 3D scanning during development has resulted in a direct-fit design that you can easily install yourself. 16537 is produced using CNC precision robotic manufacturing techniques and is backed by MagnaFlow’s limited lifetime construction warranty.

Install and care: cat-back exhaust
Before you start
- Soak the factory flange bolts and hangers in penetrating oil the day before.
- Lay out the sections and clamps against What's in the box before anything goes under the car.
Do
- Hang the whole system loosely first, line it up, then tighten the clamps from the front back.
- Check for leaks at every joint with the engine running before the final tightening.
Don't
- Don't tighten any clamp fully until the whole system hangs straight.
- Don't reuse a crushed or torn factory gasket.
