Koni Sport (Yellow) Shock 69-72 Opel GT - Front - 80 1580SPORT FAQ

Install and care: shocks and struts

Before you start

  • Plan to do both sides of the axle in one go.
  • Check the top mounts and bump stops, and have replacements ready if they are worn.

Do

  • Replace both sides of an axle together.
  • Torque the lower bolts with the car at ride height and re-check after the first drive.

Don't

  • Don't reuse a worn top mount or bump stop.
  • Don't fit a stock-length shock to a lowered or lifted car.
