Koni Heavy Track (Red) Shock 02-06 Jeep Liberty - Front - 8240 1201SPX FAQ
It is listed for: 2001 Jeep Cherokee; 2006 Jeep Liberty; 2012 Jeep Liberty and more (see the full list above). Pick your vehicle on this page to check your exact year and trim.
Yes. Replace both fronts or both rears together so each axle damps evenly.
Struts that bolt to the knuckle set camber, so an alignment is wise after replacing them. Rear shocks that only bolt to the axle or arm usually do not change the alignment.
Bouncing after bumps, nose-dive under braking, uneven tire wear and fluid on the shock body are the usual signs.
Only when the listing says they are made for it. A stock-length shock on a lowered or lifted car runs near the end of its travel and wears early.
Check the top mounts and bump stops while the strut is out; worn ones are usually replaced at the same time.
Yes — monthly options show right under the Add to Cart button. Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later and Snap Finance are offered at checkout, and checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score.
Install and care: shocks and struts
