It gives you 30 clicks of damping adjustment, threaded ride-height adjustment and spring preload control in a mono-tube design. That is useful whether you want a comfortable street setup or a firmer track day setting. Spring rates are 10 kg/mm front and 4.5 kg/mm rear. Both ends use a rubber top mount, or you can reuse the OEM one.
