The main decision is material and size. Inconel and sodium-filled valves are built for heat, like the Supertech Mini Cooper sodium-filled Inconel set and the Supertech RB26 Inconel set of 12. Ferrea's super alloy and Comp Plus valves for the Nissan VR38DETT come in a standard-size 32.2mm version and a +1mm 33.2mm version. GSC's RB26DETT valves are offered in different lengths and tip specs, such as the 101.74mm standard-length set and the 103.24mm +1.5mm tip set. Match head diameter, stem diameter, overall length and any oversize to your head and your machinist's plan before buying.
