Clutch Rebuild Kits
Clutch Rebuild Kits: replace the whole friction package at once
A clutch is what lets your engine and gearbox part company for a shift and clamp back together for drive. When the disc wears down to the rivets, the pressure plate loses clamp, or the throwout bearing starts howling, you replace them together. That is what clutch rebuild kits are for: a matched disc, pressure plate and release bearing engineered to work as one set, so you are not mixing a fresh disc against a tired plate. Since the transmission has to come out either way, doing the full package in one job is the honest way to get it done once.
What ThreePiece stocks
There are 135 clutch rebuild kits in this category from 10 brands. The deepest ranges are Competition Clutch (37), Clutch Masters (27) and Exedy (26), with McLeod Racing, DKM Clutch, XCLUTCH, SPEC, EPI, Comp1 Clutch and All Balls Racing filling out the rest. Prices currently run from $36 to $2,541 for what is in stock right now, so this covers everything from a single-disc street replacement to a full race twin-disc setup. That is a live range, not a fixed quote.
Of the 135 kits, 122 carry fitment data spanning model years from 1955 to 2024. Top makes include Acura, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, BMW, Ford, Subaru, Chevrolet and Lexus, with popular platforms like the Acura Integra, Honda Civic Si, Mazda Miata, Subaru BRZ, Toyota GR Corolla, Ford Mustang and Nissan Skyline well represented.
How to choose
The main trade-off is disc material and disc count. Sprung organic discs are the streetable choice: smoother engagement, kinder on daily driving, like the XClutch twin sprung organic kit for the Skyline GT-R or the Exedy twin-organic kit for the Evo X. Ceramic and twin-disc setups grab harder and hold more, which suits high-power and track cars but can bite on the street. Examples include the Clutch Masters FX850 race twin disc for the MazdaSPEED3, the XClutch twin sprung ceramic kit for the Focus ST and the Comp1 twin disc ceramic kit for the Subaru STi. For an older Honda-family car, the Clutch Masters FX700 kit covering the Integra, Del Sol and Civic Si shows how one kit can span several chassis. Match the kit to how you actually drive, not the biggest number.
What else you need
Since the box is already out, inspect and often replace the flywheel; browse Flywheels at the same time. For individual discs, plates and bearings outside a full kit, see Clutch Components, and check Clutch Levers for release hardware. Other drivetrain work sits nearby under Axles, Differential Components and Shift Components. All of these live in the Drivetrain section.
