Refinishing

While OEM finishes on vintage wheels tend to weather the test of time, sometimes wheels need a little refreshing to be brought up to show quality.

Enter our refinishing options. Using a variety of different finishing techniques applied by master wheel industry craftsmen we offer a wide variety of finishes that will distinguish your wheel setup from the crowd. 

Powdercoat

What: Use industrial strength powder applied to your wheels to change their color.

Price: $300/4 centers $200/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 2-4 weeks

Using an electric charge, powder is sprayed much like paint onto your wheel parts to create a durable, long lasting coating. We offer a variety of powdercoat finishes, however here are some of our favorites. These colors can be applied in matte, satin, or gloss finish.

Kingsport Grey - A dark gunmetal grey with a hint of flake

Gunmetal - A light grey

Arctic White - A true bright white

Trophy Gold - A motorsport inspired gold

Classic Silver - A standard silver finish, similar to many OEM wheels

Midnight Black - A true black

Blood Red - An intense red

High Polish

What: The raw aluminum of your wheels is hand polished to a mirror shine

Price: $400/4 Centers $200/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 2-4 weeks

Your wheel centers are stripped down to raw metal, and then all surfaces are hand polished in a multi-step process to achieve a mirror shine. 

This is a raw metal finish and will require regular upkeep to maintain polished shine.

 

Hand Brush

What: Your wheels are radial sanded and then clearcoated to achieve a fine directional finish.

Price: $500/4 centers $400/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 4 Weeks

Following a chemical stripping process your wheels are hand sanded with a directional grain to achieve fine lines which are then cleared using one of our clearcoats to achieve a beautiful finish.

A wide variety of clearcoats are available, here are some of our favorites.

Glistening Copper - A light translucent copper

Monaco Copper - A deep, rich copper

24K Gold - "I love gooooold"

Rose Gold - A gold with hints of pink

Lollipop Red - A bright red

Ice Blue - A frosty cool blue

Wave Teal - A light teal

Candy Powdercoat

What: Your wheels are High Polished and then powdercoated with a candy color to achieve a bright powdercoat finish

Price: $500/4 centers $400/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 4 weeks

Following chemical stripping your wheels are high polished, then powdercoat is meticulously applied over the polished finish to create a bright glistening color. 

A wide variety of finishes are available, here are some of our favorites.

24K Gold - "I love gooooold"

Rose Gold - A gold with hints of pink

Triple Chrome

What: A series of chemicals are used to apply a high shine plated finish to your wheels

Price: $500/4 centers $400/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 2-4 weeks

A three stage process, copper->nickel->chrome results in an extremely high shine, low maintenance finish for your wheels. Much like high polish you'll achieve a reflective surface, the difference is that no polishing compound is required to maintain this shine. Just wash, dry, and go.

Black Chrome

What: A series of chemicals are used to apply a dark shine to your wheels

Price: $700/4 centers $600/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 4-6 weeks

Using the standard Triple Chrome process but finishing with an extra coat of Nickel a dark shadowy chrome finish is applied to your wheels. Appearing as a shiny black finish this is one look that is guaranteed to set you apart from others.

Copper Plating

What: Your wheels are plated in jewelry grade copper and then ceramic cleared to create a one of a kind finish

Price: $800/4 centers $700/4 lips or barrels

Turnaround: 8-10 weeks

Using a similar plating process to our Triple Chrome, your wheels achieve a polished copper finish. Protected with a Ceramic Clearcoat this is a finish that you won't see anywhere else.
